 Please also remember for those individuals who are in need of a car seat, 
 they must financially qualify by being on either WIC or Medicaid in addition they will be asked to make a donation of $20 to help offset the cost of the seat.  The inspection station is also open for those who already have a car seat and would like help installing it into their vehicle.
